Our Process
IDEATION
Pro-Omni's engineers quickly turn your inspiration into successful product development, capturing and advancing concepts during client brainstorming sessions.
DESIGN
After validating a concept, our engineers design all aspects of the product, including mechanical, electrical, optical, software, and firmware. We analyze survivability under extreme conditions and work with clients to reflect the original concept's aesthetic.
DEVELOPMENT
Once components are received, we build initial prototypes either at our client’s site or at the contract manufacturer. Any issues discovered during development are quickly analyzed and addressed with design changes.
TESTING
Environmental testing is critical to the qualification process of any product. Our engineers have extensive test experience and will directly run tests or work with testing facilities to do so. These tests include, but are not limited to; temperature, humidity, pressure, vibration, shock, and EMI.
PRODUCTION
Our engineers ensure a smooth transition from prototyping to final production with tooling product design, build instructions, and test procedures to streamline the assembly process on the production floor.
